“Perfectly situated in downtown Chippewa Falls, with everything in walking distance! Our King suite was comfy, and we appreciated the mini-fridge and Starbucks coffee. The complimentary hot breakfast was a highlight with eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffle maker, fruit, etc. The person who set up breakfast was very nice and attentive. Desk staff were largely absent, but we didn't need much. In the vending area, you can get a pizza and bake it in a pizza oven...super convenient for late night...

“They are in process of renovating, so new paint and carpet, door had post-it notes to tell the room numbers. But our first room had a window that was cracked open and didn’t shut (it was -13 outside), 2nd room was ok… but you couldn’t turn on the sink unless you used 2 hands. Fridge was so loud we ended up unplugging it so we could sleep. Beds were new but the linens felt either cheap or dirty… No pool or hot tub like the pictures on the website showed. Yogurt was 2 months expired for the...
