Cottage a Wisconsin Settentrionale

“Wonderful property and location. We enjoyed exploring the birkie trails nearby. Comfortable bed and nice views of the lake. Host was friendly and super responsive. ”

“We could not have been happier. When we travel, it's really nice to find someone like this host who does the work up front to have an exceptional home for travelers to stay at. As soon as we walked in the front door you could tell that there was a whole lot of work done both inside and out. The host was very responsive to emails on the rental site and during our stay there were tornados in the area, she was very kind and checked in on us to make sure we were safe. That's above and beyond the...

“We loved the River House. The interior is as cozy as ever - feels like a time capsule in the best way possible - like visiting the grandparents’ house and forgetting all your worries. The yard is spacious enough for soccer, hide and seek, fishing, lounging, canoeing, kayaking, and s’mores by the fire pit. We did it all in just two nights! Owners were very responsive when we asked for an ETA on getting the power back on. A huge storm blew over and many homes nearby lost trees. We only lost...

“Loved staying here, we visited from out of state to see relatives in this area. The retreat is wonderful. Everything we needed. Host even let us stay an extra day when asked. Was clean and offered a washing machine and dryer, fire Pitt, swings for the kids. Grill, full kitchen. We will try to come again.”

“Was nice and clean, had a fresh look to it. Easy check in.”

“This is our second time staying at this property, and it is truly a wonderful place! Absolutely recommend. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the owners have thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with everything you could want. Very comfortable beds and great air conditioning during the heat wave!. Plenty of room to spread out for six adults who were staying there. The location can’t be beat. The little bay is beautiful, and it is...

“Nice place. Pretty area. Says 2 bdrm but 1 with pull out couch. Would be nice if there was a tv upstairs and downstairs.”

“There were a few things missing that were on the list. No Kurig, no hot pads and the boat lift not functional.”

“Very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Very highly recommend it. Clean and feels like home. Both Philip and Kay were very nice.”
