“We came in late and the desk agent noticed that I was limping and changed our room to the main floor. The bed was very comfortable. This property is dated but we slept well and were very happy there”

“The staff were all helpful, friendly, and kind. Our room was very clean. We really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub, had it all to ourselves! The food at the restaurant was delicious and more unique than regular bar food. I'd recommend and would go back if in the area again.”

“This place is a total scam. I booked 2 nights. When I went to check in there was a small crowd of people also trying to check in. They took my money and there’s no one there to check me in”

“Found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door when we got there. The hotel kiosk staff was the most helpful part of the entire stay. I think the room was overpriced for what we got for sure. And then on our checkout day, the housekeeper asked if we were checking out at 9:50 when the checkout time was 11. And when we said we had one more bag to grab he looked down at his watch like he was in a hurry so we felt like we better leave by 10, even though we had another hour left still.”

“Nice room we had a king size bed with a Lake view. The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which I would have liked but very nice and clean and we had a nice view of Lake Superior. The breakfast was good.”

“We only stayed one night because we were passing through. We were upgraded from a cabin to the lake house for no charge because of a booking conflict, so that was very good for us ! Lake house was very roomy , and had lots of character. Some antique furnishings , a full kitchen and laundry, and even two tubs of locally made ice cream in the freezer ! Mainfloor washroom was way too far away away from the bedrooms for our liking , but that would be our only complaint.”
