No one was on site. No communication. Took my money then had to pay triple for a new hotel. The refund process is almost impossible. Fake emails, horrible English at support calls, locals said this happens all the time at that hotel. I’m not the first. Attorney general and state business department for fraud will be contacted We were on snowmobiles. We were caught In freezing temps

Check in was stated as "after 2pm" with no end time listed - when we arrived at 5:30pm no one was there, office was closed. Tried to call phone number on listing and was put on hold with out of state voicemail, call cut off. Property was a mess with stacked garbage everywhere. We canceled and went somewhere else.

I asked to leave before checkin in by a police officer because the Health Department was shutting them down. I had to scramble and struggle to get a room. Endied up spending 5 the amount. Please remove that hotel! Can’t believe Expedia allows this hotel as an option!

When I arrived there was no attendant on site. I called customer service and was instructed to find other lodging. Expedia did not help with the refund even though I booked a second hotel through their site.

They really need to update the rooms, looks like they haven't done so in decades. Carpet had stains, bed cover had stains, window shades didn't close right. Cabinet under bathroom sink didn't close all the way. I had a non smoking room and the room definitely smelled like smoke. Wouldn't come back.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff plus toiletries too. Quiet neighborhood also a quick breakfast without charge to go. Great value and easy to find enroute.

Our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, bed sheets were stained, 1-inch gap between the door and the fooor let a cold draft in, light switch for the bathroom was partially in the shower, the bathroom cabinet door was falling off, the walls had knife marks in them, the office did not have posted hours, instructions to checkout if no one was staffing the office was to drop the keys in an unsecured mailbox, and calls later in the day to confirm they retrieved the keys were sent straight to voicemail.

When we booked a hotel, they took our reservation and when we reached the property, they said that they don’t have any rooms available so if they don’t have rooms available why would they take the reservation? We drive three hour to get there? And when we get there there was no room. It was around 12 at night and we had to find other hotel for ourselves. The windows were open and could shut them the cranks were gone. There was black latex gloves on our bed. We got one bathtowl, two hand towels and a dirty washcloth. Because I have hair down to my butt.I got the bath towel and my husband had to use two hand towels for the shower. When we tried to go to the office, it was closed. There is no telephones. But they also need to update their linens.Cuz, they were so thin that they looked like something that we would all throw away.

Fiance and I were supposed to stay three days but didn't even stay the first night because of the disgusting state of the room. It smelt horrendous, the hallway was basically a cloud of cigarette smoke and body odor. The betting felt disgusting and two of the four pillows were a urine shade of yellow, none of which looked even close to passible for sleeping on. All electronics for the room were run through a single power strip, so cords were snaked all around the room, including over doorways. That power strip was not plugged in when we arrived, so the air conditioning and refrigerator were not running. Due to the air conditioning not running, the air was stagnant and disgusting, reeking of smoke in a non-smoking room. The refrigerator had defrosted and was also leaving a terrible odor in the room. We had to check in late, went up to the room to check it out, and instantly decided that there was no way we would be staying there. Luckily we had some family in the area and just stayed with them. When I went back in the morning to try canceling the next two nights, understanding that I most likely would not get a refund for the first night, the receptionist, who told me about 20 times that it was his first week of training, told me that he could not give me a refund and I would have to contact the parent company and hotels.com, neither of which have replied to any of my messages.
