“We had mixed feelings about our stay at King Street Townhouse. On the plus side, the room was lovely—beautifully designed, comfortable, and exactly the high standard you’d expect from a boutique hotel. However, the main reason we booked was for the rooftop infinity pool, which was out of action during our stay. Given this is the hotel’s flagship feature, it was a massive letdown. What made it worse was that no goodwill gesture or compensation was offered for the inconvenience.”

“La stanza era molto pulita e confortevole, il frigo bar molto ben fornito, anche se gli ultimi due giorni non è stato ripristinato quanto avevamo consumato. La colazione molto soddisfacente, buona varietà di cibo salato con delle uova in camicia semplicemente eccezionali!! Il vero punto forte è però il personale.
