“We had a pleasant stay and found the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. The sheets and towels were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The property is a little older and could benefit from some fresh paint and maintenance, particularly the fly screens, which need some attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with a few updates, this would be an even better place to stay. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality.”

It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter. “Upon arrival, staff member was very courteous and helpful. Cabin was nice. Smelled like mould in the cupboards. Microwave didnt work. Leaks in the bathroom from the shower and under the sink. An hour of our stay was taken away as we left the cabin for breakfast and came back to find the cleaner in our cabin. Staff upon leaving did nothing to deal with us having an hour shaved off our paid time. Overall, was an ok stay. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice.”

Checking into room 106 abutting the servo next door i could smell a sewerage type odour. The bathroom door didnt close and there was a foot long gap in the bottom where slats were missing. “The staff were exceptional! They had booked us an upstairs room, but due to my husbands health, that was not even an option, so the staff changed us to a downstairs room with no issues. It was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed for the two of us.”
