Hotel a Ettalong Beach

“Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. ”

“The room was just what we wanted with excellent views of ocean and pool. Great to have secure parking these days. A very enjoyable stay”

“Great stopover close to shops and station. Fine dining in the bistro with different specials daily. Fantastic service and friendly staff, Top Management who promoted a warm welcome. Nostalgic hotel with a selection of different spaces for bars and entertainment. We will be back . Thanks to all staff.”

“Apartment smelt strongly of chlorine on arrival. Pillows are the worst quality and the cheapest. Some furniture are better suited in the hard rubbish. Wifi very slow and useless ”

“There was some difficulty finding the property and when found there was another car taking up two car spots causing a problem. This car was still taking up two spots even when we left so the owner was not informed. After some time we found the main office and were given the keys. All good helpful people in the office.”

“オーブンが汚れたままで、また使うこともできなかった。 その他のキッチン道具も、綺麗かどうか不安な感じで、洗って使った。 もう少し、皿の種類やザルなどの道具も揃えてあると良い。 ベッドもやや臭った。”

“No drainage for all the water in the gutters”

“Rooms were old and dainted, had issues with the air-conditioning on night 2, they offered fans which was unacceptable so i demanded a new room which they reluctantly obliged after some convincing. Found some of the staff rude and not hospitable. Wont be using this hotel again and will definitely NOT be recommending it to anyone. ”

“Room was comfortable although I do not like that the window didnt open. Carpet needs to be reviewed, bed was lovely. Cafe downstairs was great, best steak sanwich ever.”
