“Everything was just okay except the staff. Two of the employees we had interaction with were great while the third didn’t even acknowledge us.”

“The property is clean, both inside the common areas and the rooms. The rooms were nice. Nothing too fancy, but not bad at all. The breakfast was a little lackluster—basically all bread products and coffee/juice/milk. The pool was nice (again, nothing too fancy, but not bad at all). The staff were friendly. Good experience overall.”

“The rooms are a little dated and could use a refresh, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable! Our room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The grocery store and a few fast food restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, I was satisfied with our stay and would stay there again. ”

“The staff was nice but rooms could of been cleaner. Pool should of been supervised at least checked in on. Toilet over flowing kids running and jumping while parent outside sitting . The ladder broken .”

“The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaning supplies, so strong it gave a headache. The bathroom was not clean, there was stuff on the back of the door and walls. Pillows were flat and clumping up. Room was run down. Not a pleasant experience at all would not recommend.”

“The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved.”

“We had stayed here last year, and the rooms were clean as expected from our previous visit. The only issue we had was that there was no not water. I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. “The most disrespectful, rude and insulting night clerk I have ever had to deal with. The way he talked to me and treated me was deplorable. Five other potential customers were so appalled they walked out when I walked out and we all went down the road to the Super 8 where the customer service was excellent.”

“We had a very nice day the room was just perfect for our overnight usage and really not too much to complain about other than they didn't have bacon in the morning that I was there for breakfast but everything else was great”
