“There was no a/c in lobby. Very hot and humid out. Very noisy in my room. Always something running. Didn’t sleep well at all. Very old, looked dirty (stains in bathroom). Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly.”

“The exterior looks clean but when we walked into the room there was a bad smell. I am not sure if other rooms smelled like this but I even woke up from sleep and was hit with the bad smell.”

“Dirty Bathroom”

“Rm 122 smelled of dog and pee. Bed was old and springs were felt while lying down. The desk clerk did change our room to 229. Rooms need updating and new mattresses needed. To me everything needs attention. No pool use. Building on the outside not well maintained. Parking lot has holes and drains have sunk in making leaving parking lot an obstacle course. We will not stay again. Compared to the Quality Inn in Whitehouse Tennessee, Ohio is a dump.”

“Nice new facility - but very basic. First experience with the brand so had no expectations other than price comparison with other hotels in the Cleveland Airport South area.. Didn't try breakfast but the selection was limited.”

“Our stay was great, it served all purposes and rate was great. I would add building numbers had to go back to see which building we were in.”

“The best hotel stay I've had in a long while. Went with my husband and toddler. It seemed like we were upgraded to a suite because the room was very spacious and clean and stocked with lots of soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue we had was the shower door would not stay closed- it kept rolling open so we had to shove a towel in the corner. There's also an amazing playground 4 miles down the road! I will be staying...

“Great stay, Great staff”

“The floors were very dirty. The bathroom had smashed bugs on the wall. The toilet base was beyond disgusting. The bathtub coating was missing a big piece. The staff were helpful and friendly.”

“Room smelled horribly the carpet worn and dirty I vacuumed. No usable WiFi. Purported breakfast was coffee and a few fruit bars. Furniture was broken down. This place did have several good restaurants nearby”
