I immediately notice a sign on the counter in bold red letters saying “NO HOUSE KEEPING SERVICE” which should’ve been my immediate red flag. I was in the room for no more than hour before noticing dried up pee stains on the wall, dead bugs, roaches, stains all over the bed sheets, stains all over the towels, and hair literally everywhere. “Parking was fine, nothing special. The manager is talkative and helpful. ”

“It was a wonderful hotel. Right off the interstate which was great. The only two things I didn't like were the back door where you enter did not lock like it said, and our door was not really shut all the way even locked. We felt safe the beds were comfy it was very clean it was a great stay”

“The staff was great, no complaints. However my room was not clean, I had food and coins under the sofa bed when we pulled it out for my son. We had Reese cup papers on the floor. We were in the bed and the fire alarm went off, we took the stairs down only to find out it was a false alarm because the elevators got stuck open. Oh well thing happen, the actual hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Sometimes things just happen and me I think that’s what happen. I would give it a second chance...
