From the moment of check-in, this hotel stay was frustrating. The front desk staff was inattentive, taking phone calls during check-in and giving minimal information. The assigned room was in a section with a broken elevator, requiring a long walk to the only working one—information the front desk failed to mention, despite clearly knowing and had mentioned to other guests apparently after us. Once in the room, the TV didn’t work. After calling the front desk, we were told someone would come to fix it, but after 1.5 hours and multiple follow-up calls (which went unanswered), nothing was done. The next day, after confirming permission to enter the room for repairs, we returned around midnight to find our key cards deactivated due to a check-in error made by the same front desk person who kept ignoring me. This new front desk person reactivated them but made a snarky comment about me not knowing how keys work which I just ignored because it was 1 am at this point and I’d been locked out of my room for about an hour at this point and I was fed up. Upon entering the room I noticed a new TV had been installed, but it was not set up and didn’t function due to cable issues. At that point, we gave up. For $300, this was the worst hotel experience we’ve had—poor service, broken amenities, and no management support. Avoid this place. Pay a bit more money for some peace of mind.
