First time staying here and to say the least I was not impressed. The hotel was extremely busy and parking was Valet only. No problem with that but it was New Year’s Eve one of the busiest night of the year and they only had two people working valet. Those workers were working their tails off and you could tell they were trying their best. Props to you guys! I checked in at 4pm and I was told my room was not ready. Not a problem. It would be maybe 30 minutes. I checked back in after 30 minutes. After checking multiple times. Almost two hours later the room was ready. My group missed our 6pm dinner reservation. And the plans for the evening were already at a downfall and rushed at this point. I get up to the room. The room appears clean for the most part but there was what looked like fruit snacks on the floor in the corner. Bits of paper here and there as well. But I had just waited 2 hours for my room there was no way I was getting a different room at this point. The next morning again. Valet was backed up and those two workers were working their tails off. We were not going to be able to get our cars until at least another hour if not more there was so many people in the lobby all waiting on valet. So we got our keys and walked to the garage ourselves and got our cars. Not impressed with the lack of preparation, cleanliness and lack of communication throughout the stay.
