“The halls were dark and stark like walking into a mortuary. ”

“Recent remodel but details left undone. No ledge in the shower. No toilet paper holder. No closet rod. Close but no cigar.”

“Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness...

“Just average in terms of quality. We had issues with the shower working properly. It would seem poor maintenance standards. The shower head was extremely low pressure and to regulate water temperature took an engineering degree. ”

“The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. “Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite.”

“All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless”

“It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion.”
