We had a few questions during our stay, and the host responded promptly and helpfully. The house itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped.”

“Despite an email exchange with the host prior to our stay, we walked in to find another family was clearly staying/living in the unit. We could not reach the ‘host’ by phone. VRBO was helpful, but insisted we photograph to prove the situation. In downtown Richmond. We could have been shot or had the police called. Our trip was ruined and our kids are freaked out. “House was amazing! Everything was new and fresh. Easy access and the host was very communicative. Loved having parking right next to the house. Location was perfect for us as we were in town for an event at the convention center. Would definitely stay here again!”
