“Unfortunately this was not the best experience. Towels had hairs embedded in them. When we went to exchange them at the front desk, they were about to give us towels with longer hairs. At least the employee caught it and went back for a third try. The tub had some mold. The food had no flavor. And breakfast started at 7. We had a tournament one of the days and had to leave before 7 so we didn’t even get to eat one of the days. One elevator broke. Only one luggage cart available. We...

“The room was just like the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. I will be staying here for every visit.”

“Some burners on stove did not work properly. It was supposed to be private bedroom, the bedroom was not private.”

“This property is neat and tidy, and the staff is helpful. The one thing I noticed is the bed pillows are not great. The pillows in my room were all thin and lumpy not comfortable at all. Please replace the pillows”

“We only stayed one night but extremely close to Potomac Mills Mall. Nice outdoor pool even though we do did not get to use it. Free continental breakfast was very nice, eggs, toast, danishes. Plentiful parking. If we were to go to Potomac Mills to go shopping again we would definitely stay here.”

“Bedroom ceiling leaked terribly. Staff wouldn’t change rooms. Also the laundry never works. Cracks in ceilings, dirty bathroom, especially in the corners of the room, and the shower, half the lights do not work.”

“We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor.”

“Cockroach in the room, the bathroom fan was not working, breakfast was very disappointing. Will not return.”

“The room and bathroom needs touch up. One of the plug-in sockets for the bed didn't work. The wifi was up and down or jist had a poor connection.”

“I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager and his employees are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure there are no concerns. The hotel is very clean and quiet.”

“The staff were professional and friendly. Check in and out was quick. Our room was amazing. Very clean and equipped. While I’m not a big fan of boxed scrambled eggs everything was good. They had a nice selection of food.”

“Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but seemed limited and unsure when an issue arose with a charge to my room. Apparently staff that checked me in did not do something correctly, resulting in charges to my room. The manager did get it resolved when I checked out.”
