The staff were all very friendly, I was shocked when we learned that we needed to request room cleaning, but I understood & appreciated the upfront notice. We were to be there 5 days, we asked for clean towels after first day, was provided clean towels, no issue, we asked for clean towels on day 3 & toilet paper, we were given 1 roll of toilet tissue & 2 bath towels & told that is all she was allowed to give us, we had NO hand towels nor wash cloths. This was a pretty new facility, I find it hard to believe they have to allocate linens.
We notified the front desk 3 different days of no toilet paper nor hand towels in either of the lobby restrooms. We really felt unsanitary if we had to use the lobby facilities while we were using the lobby area for our family visiting.
We checked out 1 day early & left that facility.
