“This is my husband and I second stay here at this hotel. We stayed here back in 2023 for my husband's birthday and this time for our anniversary. From start to finish our stay was great the check in process with Hannah went very smooth. Hannah was very accommodating even helping us get the room we asked for. “Beach view was excellent staff very friendly and helpful coffee in lobby all the time. Bar Resturant on site good bar food(not opened for breakfast though) parking was offsite , down the road a short walk .There was a small amount of parking at hotel but not many. Overall good for the price but needed some upgrades for sure”

“The hotel itself was nice, but the check‑in experience was unacceptable. I was given my room more than two hours after the official check‑in time, despite repeatedly asking for updates. I arrived around 12:00 PM, and by 3:00 PM I normally receive my room at any hotel. Instead, I was told over and over that my room “wasn’t ready,” even as I watched other guests receive their keys without delay. At 4:00 PM, the front desk agent reminded me that “check‑in is at 4:00,” to which I had to point out...

“For its age, a decent place to stay. I know it's the beach but our room floor was absolutely full of sand. Nothing that you couldn't take care of with a broom though. Overall a nice stay. Quiet and enjoyable. Be absolutely sure you have your parking decal displayed because you can bet the tow guy will be around at 7 AM to check the lot and he doesn't mind hooking up and hauling.”

“Easy check in, unit was as described, worked for our visit, only stayed one night, so can not speak to the amenities. Staff was pleasant and responsive to concerns. Would stay again. Was clean and met our needs. ”

“Great location, the ocean view room with full length windows were breathtaking. Room was a little small and would have appreciated a half bathroom in the main area for the kids but these are small quibbles. We had a full kitchen with a stove and a dishwasher. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Staff were professional and helpful and very, very nice. Overall a really wonderful experience and would highly recommend!”

“The hotel really needs to invest in another set of elevators. It only has two small cars in the center court and when everyone checks out at the same time, the wait times are quite long. There are two others, one on each wing, but they are not as convenient as the mail lobby elevators. Also, the chose to clean the only male bathroom/showers in the water park just as we were planning to leave. Bathrooms/showers were closed for more than an hour. “Clean”

“Clean rooms, very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The location was easy access to the beach and had beautiful views. We also were able to walk to lunch and for mini golfing. Unfortunately our only complaint is the town enforced curfew where everyone had to be inside by 9pm. It was no fault of the hotel but it did make the hotel very loud Saturday night (it was quiet Sunday). The hotel itself was secure but we were definitely nervous. ”

“Had a ocean front suit and everything was good, except the main room the sliding glass door to the balcony door handle was broken off, and even when trying to slide the door open with your hands it wad extremely hard, we gave up after the first night.”

“The staff was a exceptional. Beach access was great. We only had two issues. One was cosmetic repairs - the ceiling had been repaired and the patched area was painted a slightly different color. They should have painted the entire ceiling. Also, there was some missing tile in bathroom and sloppy caulking around sink. The second issue was the mandatory valet parking.
