“The furniture is a bit outdated in the first tower (OBC) and needs updating to match the decor of the Oceanaire tower. The first room I was in (Queen studio kitchenette, oceanfront) was on a lower floor where the hallway looked like a prison with brown walls. I found nasty, shaved hairs on the bedsheet like it wasn’t washed or changed between guests. I immediately call the front desk who immediately rectified the situation. “We have stayed there many times over the years traveling to and from NJ & NC and rooms are old always but clean - we personally like it because of the location... all the way at the end of the boardwalk and out of the main hub-bub. We also appreciate the jacuzzi tubs, but as of late they have not been working well enough.”

“Was put in the part of the hotel that was under renovation, heard work being done down the hall at just after 6am. the elevator was extremely tiny and not finished. The indoor pool was icy cold so couldn't go in, waterfalls wouldn't turn on, the jacuzzi was broken and blocked off, the only good part was the room itself. Beds were comfy and loved hearing the waves crash up on the beach all night very relaxing but other than that I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. ”

“Great property for our family stay at a great price. Pool was really nice. Water was nice and hot in the soaker tub after a long day walking around Williamsburg. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it. And for the price it was unbeatable. Staff was quick and efficient at check in. ”

The breakfast was very good! Lots of options. Guest laundry was efficient. I wish there was a hot tub, but the pool was nice. Overall excellent stay and I would absolutely go back again. ”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was in a great location directly on the beach. There were 3 separate pools. One for 21+ , and outdoor pool whic was kid friendly, &. Indoor pool. Staff was so nice and the property was so pretty & clean. The playground on the beach was perfect for my travels with my God-children. Other reviews states parking wasn’t free, but it was, they gave me free parking in the garage a block down. If you valet it’s $26 a night. ”

“The room was tiny, dont be misled... The room in the pic was NOT the room I stayed in. The heater was flush against my bed so I burned up. I left the hotel the same night. I was misreable. Staff was good though.Plus there is a $28 a day AKA resort fee and a whopping $200 reservation fee. The Hilton doesnt even charge that much. I wouldnt stay.there again ”
