“The hotel was very attractive the rooms very nice spacious and clean. bathroom was clean. Sometimes hotels really turn me off with a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower,however could not find fault with my stay. Breakfast was adequate.”

“There were bugs in the room. Asked manager to see if they can change it but according to manager they were sold out for that night. It was late so ended up staying there but no other action taken by manager or basic apology.”

Got to room and it wasn’t clean - bathroom had all sorts of hair and huge crumbs on floor. Toilet barely flushed. Shower curtain was filthy and moldy. Vanity storage shelf had dirt all over. A dresser drawer had tons of food and items still in it (chips, loaf of bread, pills)! The upstairs hallway which is all outdoors was so gross. Definitely...

“This hotel is old. It doesn't look bad from the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work. There's black mold inside the shower, and we had a handful of ants. The breakfast was just waffles, cereal, yogurt, and bagels. This was a quick trip, and we didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a hotel in Lynchburg for graduation, so I acknowledge this was a choice, but I would not stay here again, regardless of the cost.
