“There was no coffee pot. Bed bugs!!!!!”

“The ONLY redeeming features were Tammy at the front desk and the nice housekeeping lady. The ONLY reason that I didn't check out was that there were no other places available and my bar is set pretty low. Truly, you'd have to experience it to believe it and I don't recommend that. You're better off not knowing.”

“A grand old mansion, beautifully appointed. Wonderful hospitality. Incredible breakfast. Sitting on the porch in a quiet breeze was restorative.”

“Very friendly check in, room clean, gentleman at breakfast was very helpful and kind and wanted to make sure everything was perfect.”

“Very outdated- I wore flip flops in the shower! They did not have a coffee maker in the room, no ice either.”

“The customer service was horrible We had some issues with the toilet no one came to help us ,issues with the tv and they never send maintenance ,they didn’t even had eggs for the breakfast,”

“Pleasant experience. Staff very helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean & shower head was tall enough. breakfast was what is expected. A better IHG experience than many other IHG facilities.”
