Hotel a Buena Vista

“We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. There was dirt that was in the center of the floor in both rooms that could possibly have been from not changing the filters. “There is not much nice to say. The hotel smelled because so many people live there abd are coming all different kinds of food. No matter what door you exit the hotel through you get hit in the face with cigarette smoke. The people who live there are rude and act like you just walked into their home without an invitation. The staff fits not acknowledged you abd when they do they do not use a greet they just say, "what do you need?" It says the have breakfast but when you get there they tell you...

“The property was amazing! With a puppy as part of our family, we especially enjoyed walking the campus which was quiet and beautiful. The room was clean and staff very helpful. Highly recommend!”

“The lodge was secure, and I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. A few things could be improved, such as replacing the shower curtain and ironing board, and giving the refrigerator a more thorough cleaning, as they had noticeable yellowish stains.
