“The first thing I noticed was everything you see when you arrive is geared towards making you feel welcome. This continued with checking in. Fast, friendly and helpful. The whole experience continued through the whole stay. We got several texts asking how we were enjoying our time and asking if we needed anything just ask. Small details that stand apart from others. “Staff was great. Place is old but clean, no bugs, bed was comfy breakfast was nice. Those are the things that matter to me😊plus I’m a little handicap so bottom floor was convienient.”
“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!)
The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk.

“This hotel punches above it's weight class. Clean rooms/beds. We had a 4th floor room over looking the interstate, with mountain views behind that, and a wedding reception downstairs and the fishin pig having outdoor music on their patio the night of our stay.
