“The room was clean, and the AC/heat worked. The shower had plenty of hot water & pressure, but the tub and sink did not drain well. Bathroom needs a do-over. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster had no return tray or mechanism, so the toast fell on the counter at the back. No eggs, no tea, food stale, sausage gray from days before.”

“This hotel was advertised as having an EV charger - they had one, but it didn't work, they said they had been trying to fix it, but couldn't figure out how and then didn't offer an accommodation on the price they charged. When we got to the room, it had deferred maintenance - missing towel hooks, leaky shower, etc. They aren't keeping this place up at all.”

“We need a kitchen on our trip. This hotel fits our need and budget. Room is clean, beds are comfortable. Good area to walk the dog. Kitchen supplies are by request. They are not stocked in the kitchen. Supplies are very basic and limited. But we are not doing gourmet cooking, so they serve our purpose. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a toaster. Remember to request dish detergent if you plan to use them multiple times. No sponge provided. Lobby has brew regular coffee, instant...

“It takes 7-9 steps down t0 get to the pool ,my wife can't go down many steps.”

“Checking in was great and efficient. Staff was very informative and helpful. The morning after check in we discovered that the bath tub had not been cleaned. Totally unacceptable! When I told the front desk the staff member said she would let the manager know. That is far as it went. It never got cleaned. Would not stay there again!”

“Our inkeepers were so great, made us feel welcome and cared for. The location was awesome, near the Cave Hill Brewery, several nice restaurants, and a spa close by. we were close to skiing, and overlooking Massanutten resort. The Inn was perfect, clean and cozy. Thank you ”

“We enjoyed our stay. We were only here for one night, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby was a nice size, with various seating. We got dinner from Buc-ees and ate in the lobby. We also ate the breakfast buffet in the lobby, and there was plenty of seating. The gym was a bit tiny, however, they did have an ice machine and filtered water right outside the gym, ”
