“I got the handicap cabin which I’m glad about. The shower is bigger compared to the others. Be prepared to use the kitchen sink as also the bathroom sink. They had these s’more kits and enemy were yummy. They provided wood and a bundle was ceder wood & it smelled good. I asked for an extra blanket and they provided one. “I was there 15 mins before check in and still couldn’t get a room for 45 minutes. The room was sufficient but the small fridge was dead warm and not working. The AC however worked almost too good for the small size of the room…hardly ever set the AC to auto but had to here.”

It looks like the entire interior of the hotel has been recently renovated, with new carpeting, fresh paint, updated flooring, comfortable beds, new linens, and modern furniture throughout. Everything felt clean and well-maintained. My only complaint was that I was staying in a room at the back of the hotel, and on the second night my key card stopped working. “There's a reason we return to this hotel every year on our way to Vermont. I made a total of six reservations for the trip. The manager at Best Western Plus Harrisonburg was the only person to follow up with a special request I listed when making reservations. We weren't able to stay for breakfast this time, but we've enjoyed it in the past. It is a very clean hotel, and we already look forward to staying with them again in 2027.”

“The property was very clean and the staff was awesome. Good continental breakfast in the morning right next to the highway plenty of shopping and restaurants would stay here again with no problems.. only thing that was a problem was that the door locks use a slide key that is an old system I guess and it’s not working properly so you have to do multiple swipes to get into your room other than that everything was great..”
