Comfortable, clean, beautiful bay windows overlooking the mall, easy to access, the rooms were big, the kitchen was stocked, the living room/kitchen table area was huge. And you truly cannot beat the location. One flight of stairs and your walking the Charlottesville downtown mall area. We would definitly book this place again in the future.”

“please change the toilet brush or clean it, the baseboards in the bathroom need to be cleaned, the pillows… just buy new ones, they were horrible. no glasses only cups, glasses would have been helpful also for the toothbrush. fridge was broken and leaking. everything else was fine. would return.”

“We had a great stay on this historic estate! Very clean and cozy studio in the perfect location, in the countryside but close to town, with plenty of restaurant and shopping options. Close to Monticello, Highland, parks, and multiple wineries. Would definitely recommend to couples visiting the Charlottesville area!”

Then, after I thought all was set for our trip, the owner completely cancelled our stay, citing that s/he thought I was asking for May of 2027, not May 2026. This was well in advance so why s/he thought I was looking for 14-15 months later is not understandable. I never saw the property,”

“This is a very fun, spacious and beautiful property. It is fully finished with everything you would need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location is great as well. We were in town for an Opera at the Paramount and live music at The Southern. Both places were walkable as well as your choice of many restaurants. The only thing I would point out is the set up.
