“Very large rooms, they dont clean it everyday, i appreciate the breakfast, the gym is less then essential but it is available at all times. Reception personell is very gentle. Good parking area, some stuff are vintage and the elevator doesnt work properly.”

The ground was breathtaking, the cabins were charming, the manor was carefully preserved and exquisitely decorated in every way, historical yet fully updated. The owners Jim and T were cheerful and friendly, and their dogs were quiet and sweet. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!”

“Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. ”

“Hospitality was EXCEPTIONAL. LOVE that they're pet friendly. Walking trails right on the property where i could walk the dogs. Had dog bowls waiting which was so cool because i had managed to leave their water bowl at home. Comfortable bed/bedding. So... my friend and I stayed in the "White Oak" cabin. The toilet is in the one room downstairs with a curtain for privacy. I wish there was an actual door (not sure it is possible) because anyone in the room hears all bathroom activities and the...
