“Sketchy at best. At check-in, I had paid in full a week in advance for my entire stay, they said they overbooked the entire hotel and were demanding an additional seventy dollars per night just to check in. Classic bait-n-switch. The shift manager was only available by phone and she’s was extremely unprofessional. Then I had to demand to speak with the GM and he said to honor my reservation. ”

“We stayed here for one night. We were very satisfied for what we paid for. If all you need is a place to sleep and shower at an affordable price this is it. Nothing super fancy, but had the essential basics. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the place even though it was an older building. The shower was hot, the air conditioner worked great, the beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. “Lynchburg Grand was a decent place to stay for a night. I know they are doing some renovations, so there was no continental breakfast. Most of the ice machines were out of order. We didnt need ice but im sure some did and there was only 2 floors the machines worked. The staff were all very nice and our room was very clean. We would stay here again if its only for a night or two. ”
