“The staff at this resort all acted like it was their first day on the job. I was told by a manager that they were 170 members short, just in the service end of the business. It showed. Out of six meals, two were given to us because of poor quality and or service. I would highly suggest an Omni rep contact me ASAP. This is the fourth Omni. I’ve stayed at this year alone, and the second time I’ve stayed at this particular Omni. It was not Omni quality and or standard standards. There should be...

“Excellent experience for my family. I think my only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking even staying at the lodge. Other than that, it was alittle pricey, but expected! Excellent families with young ones! Five stars from me regardless!”
