“great location and view”

“This was the nicest and most clean place we have stayed in. It felt like we were in a Pottery Barn show place… the best. You could tell that the owner really cares about the unit and takes excellent care of the place. It was as good as staying at a Ritz Carlton! Everything we needed was thought of in advance. The view was spectacular, and the sunrise/sunsets were mind blowing. This will be my “GO TO” place from now on.”

“Last minute booking turned into a treat. My husband and I had a private room and my daughter loved sleeping on the sleeper sofa. Unit had everything we needed. We just had to walk across the street to get to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Mr. Garcia (property owner) was great - great communication, suggested restaurants when we asked and allowed us to borrow beach chairs and an umbrella at no additional cost. “This room is not oceanfront, there is no view of the ocean.In my experience oceanfront means full on view of the ocean, ocean view means side view. Obstructed view is just that. What we had was NO view of ocean. Even though it says that. Very nice condo otherwise.Finding your parking space is like looking for Waldo,kinda crazy.One suggestion is a towel or bath mat to step on when you get out of the shower. There are no extra towels for that.”

“Great location with easy access to the beach. All amenities were in great condition and it was very clean. Covered garage with 2 parking spaces included with stay. Every evening we went to a different place to eat and all restaurants we went to were within 10-20 min drive. However, the kitchen is well stocked if you chose to eat in. Nice, spacious balcony with partial ocean view. ”

Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). Beautiful clean linens, soft bath towels, gorgeous decor throughout the house, highly functional washer and dryer, laundry pods. “Living room rug hasn't been vacuum in a while and pets have definitely stayed there! Rug has stains and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Penthouse is ok but show signs of wear and tear and needs to be painted especially the doors and baseboards”
