“Parking was so small. I gave it a poor stay because we didn't get any sleep with the loud music and screaming people. We called more than 3 times about the noise and nothing was ever done. We didn't even get to use the pool as planned because they said it was being cleaned.”

“Despite having the “clean room” sign on the door, The trash wasn’t removed from our room, no bathroom cleaning, nor were we provided clean towels each day. We had to go to the front desk to request them.
For future guess please be careful as there was a shooting with multiple victims in front of the resort. Please be aware of your surroundings ”

“The place is nice, clean, rooms very clean. Only thing is the parking. You have a small parking area at the hotel and it fills up fast. So they did have parking attendants that would take cars across the street and park them there in a separate parking lot.
Also there is a $18 fee for parking per day. Never heard of that in all the years of staying in VA beach.
I had the breakfast buffet the next morning and it was good for the price and food was good also.

“Camera vecchia e sporca, il lavandino era otturato e la moquette consunta e sporca. L'aria condizionata rumorosissima e la porta del balcone si doveva aprire a spinta.
