“Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. AC was GREAT, almost too cold. Breakfast was your typical sort. The breakfast was served from 6-10 and very well stocked and clean. Just a short walk to the bay. Pool was nice. I would have given a higher rating, however... there was mold by the door leading to the balcony, the tile floor wasn't very clean(hair and sticky spots) in several places and the exhaust fan wasn't securely attached to the ceiling. “Paid for a six night stay in full. Left a day early due to loud construction that starts at 6:30 am every morning. Was charged without notice a $294 early departure fee. When I checked out the gentleman said nothing as I would have kept the room empty vs pay again for a night I had already paid for. “Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM. I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else. “I have been to third world countries that were better maintained and had nicer facilities. The manager was absolutely disrespectful and one of the office employees barged into the room without announcing himself or knocking. I knew the place wouldn’t be great but it was all that was available at the time but this was absolutely unacceptable and I ended up renting a car and going to the Little Creek Base just to get out of there. “Hotel buono per rapporto qualità prezzo. Pregi. La buona posizione, Facilità di parcheggio. Posizione tranquilla. La camera anche se è piccola ha tutto il necessario. Difetti. Camera piccola e con arredamento datato, poco adatto per un lungo soggiorno. Colazione scarsa, poca scelta di cibo, di qualità dubbia. Condizionatore e frigorifero rumorosi. ”
