Hotel a Hayes

“It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had a good selection. The only thing was those AWFUL triangle luggage carts? Our luggage fell of going and leaving. A mess. I will likely never go back just because of those awful luggage carts. ”

“Rooms are basic but clean. Working A/C, and the ladies and the male working late night were very nice. ”

“Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!”

“I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The property itself was updated. Although it may look historic on the outside the inside was beautiful. I love the hotel scent that they have. The staff was amazing and checked in on text everyday. The room was really boutique ish which I love. Everything looked kept up. Very peaceful near the water. The bed was soft. Only thing I didn’t like were the bathroom doors. “Close to all that the area has to offer!! Convenient no frills efficient place to stay and enjoy the area ”

“Overall a good experience. Reasonable price and good location right next to I64. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Two things to improve: AC quite noisy and the fact though the hotel was quite empty the all 10 or so rooms occupied were all adiacent and so could hear everything coming from the other rooms. ”
