“I rarely would give a five star review, this property was so beautiful, beautiful welcoming, and extremely clean. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast every day with a beautiful view of the water & the staff were so friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. A+ for the luxurious towels and amenities. I hope our travels bring us back.”

“I got mad with price of my room was: dirty, water didn’t go throw sink,no coffee maker in room, I got only after I talked with customer service person.Ac was very noisy and one chair for two people.”

“The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! See you all again in the near future.”

“A nice stay for the price. The pool is small but clean and a great amenity to have during our stay. Clean rooms, but hot water was inconsistent in the shower. Overall a good stay. We would stay here again.”

“Dusty walls; many, many marks and stains on floor, walls, and woodwork. Parking in front of rooms full of cigarette butts and small trash. Price was cheap but definitely not worth the bargain. Needs extensive deep cleaning and repainting.”

“The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

“Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...

“Some of the surfaces in our room were sticky and there was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod when we entererd. Cigarette butts littered the ground around the stairs and room entrances. The location is very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, restaurants, and other attractions, and the staff members were responsive and helpful, but overall the facilities are worn and rather dingy. “The breakfast was not well supplied and overcrowded. The room was only partially made up and supplied on the only one day in a three-day stay.”

“Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....
