“Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

“The hotel was okay. However, the property is a little dated. Also, I didn’t have a sitting chair in the room. Finally, and I have never experienced this before; but there were no cups in the room!”

“My mother and I came here on our vacation to Busch Gardens. The hotel is very close to the park and the room was nice. My main issue was our tv was not working and no one ever came to fix it. The WiFi was horrible so we were unable to use our devices when the TV did not work. My mother called the front desk and the lady was kinda rude and not much help. Great room! Just not the best service”

“Great location near Colonial WIlliamsburg, charming old residence, quiet stay, and an excellent breakfast was served. We found our room clean, but in need of repairs especially the bathroom.”

“Beautiful resort area, unit is attractive, quiet, conveniently located. Nice view out the back deck. I had to change arrival and the host was helpful and responsive. I would recommend it for anyone and would be happy to stay there again. ”

“Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for...
