“The two bedroom villa was spacious, clean ,quite, and beautifully furnished I loved everything about this villia”

“So the hotel are like townhomes . We had the upper level of the townhome which was quite spacious . Big rooms plus dining area , faux fireplace , kitchenette and full size refrigerator and 2 bathrooms . For the price we paid —it’s a great deal especially if you come as a big family . I just thought despite the attempt for being modern it did look a little dated . Lighting in the rooms could be better . Because it’s huge, I imagine it’s hard to maintain and clean and it was dusty in some areas ....

“I could not find 1 thing to complain about from the staff to the breakfast, to the condition of the property. The room was clean and well taken care of by the staff each day. I definitely would stay there again!”

“Long day so I was looking forward to a restful night. I always inspect my room as soon as I enter, then I proceed to spray and wipe things down. I look behind the bathroom trash can…trash! Went to the front desk, rep was amazing! He changed the room, walked to inspect it as well…an ant was on the floor. He said this was unacceptable, changed the room again. Get to the last room and thought this would be okay. After getting things settled, sheets were stained. Will never stay at this property...

“I visit Williamsburg quite often - and this particular Comfort Suites (Williamsburg Historic Area) has become my fav location. It's clean, nicely upgraded, decent sized rooms, very reasonably priced, polite staff, and in a superb location. The free hot breakfast is also fantastic! My only issue is with the free WI-FI - which can be terrible. There's just no nice way to say it. In the past, I've had trouble connecting, and once connected (after several attempts), it doesn't last - requiring me...

“My stay was generally very good. The only issue I had was that the property needs updating, there was rust around the facets and tub, bubbling around caulking which showed the number of repairs over the years.”

“The staff was excellent from front desk to the cleaning staff. Norma at the front desk we can’t say enough good things about. That includes all the front desk staff. They recommended a restaurant that was outstanding (Food for Thought). Rooms were cleaned daily which was done with great care and professionalism. We were disappointed that there was not a restaurant on grounds as advertised but was made up for by great recommendations”
