“Room was clean and comfortable and very nice, Beds were a little small, full size, queen size would have been way better, but they were comfortable. Staff was super helpful, we were checking our oil in the car and a staff member drove uo to ask if we were ok and needed help. Very nice gentleman to talk to. ”

“Only down was the receptionist she was just very blend Not so welcoming and not to friendly if anything she seem Annoyed IDK if it was because of me or my son. But she didn't even Welcome Us or stated the breakfast time no info at All. But room were clean and so was the hotel. Bed are comfy ..”

“I love that this was close to greatwolf lodge, Colonial Williamsburg AND busch gardens. Hot food buffet we all really enjoyed, hot tub and pool, coffee,ample parking. Location slightly off the highway but not right on so that was nice.modern and comfy. Greeted us often and gave us a welcome baggie. Thank you to the staff...keep up the great work. We LOVED our stay”

“Hotel had terrible smell on floor 2. Tv didn’t work. Telephone did not work. Several outlets did not work. They tried to fix TV but could not!”

“The 6th fl was renovated. But other floors were not and in poor condition ”

“Unsafe, dirty, rust on all the brass room fixtures, no breakfast due to major constructionin the lobby, which is a bunch of trash bags taped from floor to ceiling blocking access to the entire lobby. Propositioned in parking lot by mom and her 2 teen daughters. Guy smoking droogs on the side steps. Front desk was no help on addressing any of my concerns and said nobody could help. Got a refund from expedia and stayed elsewhere”
