Hotel a Templeton

“Room 175 was broken down, dirty, cockroach infested. There were No Towels, No Face Cloth, No Toilet Paper, No Tissues, No Shampoo, No Hair Dryer. The TV Remote was broken. Expedia should disassociate from this Travelers Inn as it hurts the Expedia name. The structure should be condemned and shut down. Beyond disappointed.”

“Absolute bare bones property - no shampoo or conditioner or body wash in the showers. Smell throughout building. Stains in elevator and our room had no blinds or shade. Very cheap matt”

“The accessible room was great - toilet with grab bars with enough space from the wall, wide doorway, shower bench that can sit on top of a bath tub, etc. The mattress was a bit lower than the top of a wheelchair seat. ”

“My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

“Our room was very spacious and for the most part clean. The hotel could use a few updates to the cabinets and furnishings. However, it was okay considering the price. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient to the interstate. The breakfast was mediocre. ”
