Hotel a Colonial Heights

“The front desk was good. Parking was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and stocked. Only problems….. all tv services were out. No tv in any rooms It was pouring and the window in our room leaked so bad we had to put a towel on the floor to stop the sound and to minimize the damage.”

“the guy at the front desk gave my key card to me in a used key sleeve- with food stains on it. if they're reusing paper sleeves/envelopes, what else are they reusing??”

“The hotel was nice overall I just didn’t like the price I paid for one night the original price was 182 then when I checked in the price was 220 so the only problem I had was the price going up ”

“Great stay for the most part. Our bathroom could have used a little extra TLC. We stayed on the first floor which I truly wouldn’t recommend there was soooo much noise throughout the night coming from outside. Also, the people above us were horrible unsure if they had kids or not but the floors and walls are most definitely super thin and you hear everything. Anyways, staff were great.”

“I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. There is a diverse menu that actually had dishes with real vegetables, not juat burgers and pizza. The breakfast was also top notch. The sercers were personable and attentive. “I saw more than one woman hair I don’t know why, I couldn’t find any water at the room even though it could be extra charge”

“Here are a few things I liked about the property. I like my room had two bathrooms and one of the bathrooms are handicapped equipped with the shower for my mom having knee replacement, neuropathy, and arthritis. Also you can get food made to order and drinks.”

“The rooms were well appointed and clean. Nice white bedding. Hair dryer included. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and dining area was exceptional. All the people who worked there were hard working, very friendly and efficient. I keep coming back.”

“room was clean, shower needed some tlc, but bed and towels were clean. I'm tall and toilet was very low, but it was clean. Room had two double beds and each bed had 3 pillows, not 2 or 4, but 3, a little odd. If you were sharing with someone who would get the third pillow? But staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“I could smell how clean the place was , walked on the floor in white socks and they stayed clean the lady at the front desk was so mannerly friendly and sweet . I loved that the had a laundry room I was able to use.”
