Hotel a Sandston

“It was ok…Till getting ready for bed & roaches start to come out from the baseboards all around the room/bth rm…Not enough pillows for a king sized bed…Back started hurting…”

“One towel one small bar of soap and no shampoo and I felt unsafe and had to keep looking out my window to make sure my car was not broken into. Definitely someplace I will never stay again”

“My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. It looks like they are trying make renovations, but its not even close. The hotel is dark and smells like musty carpets. The dining area was presentable, but the waitresses were not friendly. It was almost if I was bothering them when I asked what was good the eat. The food itself was ok but nothing great...

“Very dirty and smelly. Very old bedding including old lumpy pillows and cover. No blanket. Outside area not maintained and just noisey with people walking around outside at 3 am. Licks on door broken.”

“Staff was welcoming, location was great, and rooms were very clean. The bed was horrible. My husband and I hardly slept because it was so hard. I even tried sleeping on top of the comforter to get some comfort. Because of this I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.”

“There was a problem with house keeping getting rooms ready for check in at 4. The front desk staff ( Brittany ? ) did a great job keeping everyone updated and managed a frustrating problem very well ! She needs to be thanked !”

“My day was pretty great stayed for the holiday. The only thing I can say I did not like was how disgusting the indoor pool was. There was a whole layer of oil floating at the top when I tried to get in and I immediately got out to go shower because of how disgusting it was.”

“Room was very clean, I seen 1 roach the whole 4 days I was there so that’s good, no bed bugs, located near a lot of eating places and near stores, could use some remodeling though, elevator still not working and may never work but not a bad place for the price”

“I stay at this hotel quite frequently and I cannot express how clean and wonderful this facility is. The staff are at your backing call for anything you need or if it’s just for a small chat. They have a shuttle that runs from the airport that is extremely important for me and you are only about a mile from the airport. It is in a very safe, kind of secluded location along with the Hilton Garden Inn is right beside it. That hotel is wonderful as well, but I prefer this Hilton. I think because I...

“Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me”
