“The owners just purchased this property 30 days ago. I believe there were some renovations going on while were there. The location was wonderful-right on the beach. The room was not. Paint was peeling from the ceiling over the bed. The couch and chair in the room were worn and dirty. The tub had been painted but was peeling. Outlet covers were broken. The light switch in the bathroom was covered with an outlet cover leaving wires exposed. Also, the bathroom had dirt build up in corners. The...
