“In my 58 years on Earth, at least 20 of those staying in lodging facilities around the world in countries as poor as Cambodia, I have NEVER experienced such awful treatment! I have since filed a small claims case against this facility. The actions/temperament of front desk clerk, Ricarda, were so egregious, the police had to get involved. Before my personal interaction, I witnessed 2 other guest incidents with her. She was so combative/antagonizing, 1 of the guests actually cursed her out,...

“Staff was nice and professional, the room was clean, the water pressure in the shower if I could give it a minus 50 I would we pretty much had a little more than a trickle to shower with and lastly I chose not to indulge in the breakfast because another family member that was with us went and said it wasn't worth going downstairs for so I skipped it.”
