“Overall the service was lackluster. I had an issue with my key not working and I was told to “pull-push” the door fast to get the key to work properly! The lobby was clean and well maintained but the elevator was slow. There were stains on the curtains and comforter. Bathroom also had a sewage smell upon my arrival.”

“The room was spotless, and breakfast was the same every day. The bathroom was compact, but the shower was fantastic! However, the water temperature was scorching hot, and there was no cold water. We arrived late at night and only wanted a quick shower before heading to bed. Despite being next to the metro, the hotel was eerily quiet at night. Parking was expensive, costing $40 per night. “Great hotel to stay at if planning on using the metro to get into D.C. That is really the reason we stayed here this year. The hotel is old. You can tell the lobby is nicely updated but the rooms are a completely different story. We were on the top floor and there was a larger crack in our window.
