“We appreciated our stay at Homewood Suites. There was plenty of safe parking for $10/day and a lovely wooded hiking trail abutting the property. Everything was super clean in the hotel, breakfasts were fresh and varied and the coffee was great! While you can cook in your room, it would be limited. If planning to, bring a sponge and dish soap! 10-15 minute walk to the metro and about 30 minute ride to the Smithsonian’s in DC. We would stay again if we were in the area!”

“The receptionist Rashene was rude and inattentive. He ignored us when we walked in and proceeded to walk away from the check in counter and only decided to assist us once a line formed in the lobby. He also walked away twice without any explanation during our check-in process. The facility is nice on the outside but the inside needs some updating. The rooms are dull and dark and they need some cleaning. When we checked under our bed before leaving, there was so much dust and dirt underneath....

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a mixed experience. This was my first time staying somewhere that does not provide daily room cleaning, which was a bit inconvenient. After the first night, the trash bins were already full, the limited toilet paper provided had run out, and there weren’t enough towels for our stay.
