“Brand new hotel! Nice view too. Staff are okay. Coffee shop is very convenient.”

“Great for vacation if you’re not spending much time there. We were there to sleep and wind down. If need more supplies you need to call a number and probably would have to wait awhile, front desk staff is totally separate from the rental business. Only negative would be is that our flight got in pretty early, wanted to drop off our bags/luggage so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. They said we couldn’t do it, after checking in not sure why we couldn’t have just dropped our bags off.”

“A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

“I would like to share my experience, as I found this hotel to be significantly overpriced for what it offers. I have stayed in many hotels with better rooms, better service, and more amenities at a much lower cost. First, the room did not include a microwave. Guests are required to go somewhere else in the hotel to use one, which is very inconvenient, especially for families.Second, parking is not included. This should be clearly stated. “Lovely room - very spacious. Comfortable, big bed. Shower had good water pressure which was nice. Didn’t use many of the amenities as we were there for sight seeing but lobby/bar was very nice, had a quick drink there. Only downside was the coffee they offered in the morning was very expensive and tasted awful. They should offer free coffee or if they’re going to charge that much, should offer options for better flavors (creamers, syrups etc). ”

Everyone helped us out in resolving the problem by providing information about local care, and transportation to and from the facility. Not something you want to have to think about on a vacation, but their support and assistance was greatly appreciated. ”
