“A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

“I enjoyed my stay overall, and the room clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is the room tended to get very hot during the day because the window curtains were open other than that, everything else was great and I had a great experience. I would stay here again.”

“The property was in a very walkable location of Pentagon City and was large. We walked to Pentagon City and many restaurants. The apartment was dirty, we had to wash the sheets on the main bed before we could sleep on it. The floor needed to be mopped and there were food stains on a couple of cabinets. The vacuums and mops were stored in the main bedroom closet where we had to hang our clothes. Not enough trash bags or toilet paper, we ran out.”

“The hotel is well situated with a modern and beautiful esthetic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and has an omelet bar for custom orders. Bed was comfortable. I'm picky and like good quality mattresses. I would definitely visit again.”

“Bath: tub very slippery w/ no tub mat to prevent slips, toilet lower than elementary school’s, and no grab bars in shower/tub - a health and safety hazard. Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare. I will never consider staying here again, especially at the exorbitant rates you charge. Strong points: staff courteous and helpful 5 stars :...

“Only downside was elevator in garage needed maintenance and one of the three inside but that’s minor concern. The staff was extremely excellent. The views of DC & Pentagon from higher rooms was amazing. Sunrise views & night views also amazing. I’ll consider this location for the next trip.”

“Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology.”
