Hotel a Springfield

“Some items were a bit dated, some chips in do0ors. Shower was FANTASTIC, GREAT POWER and relaxing to the muscles. Breakfast was very good, made waffels that were great.”

“Very clean room, the staff were all so very attentive, pleasant, and polite, the front desk guy even waved the 20 security deposit cuz it never said anything while booking this company online and I had no money my friend had helped me pay for a room knowing im bouncing place to place right now for to medical emergency. There was enem a lifeguard on duty she was also extremely happy to assist me on anyway she even opens the door for me when the cars didn't work. The only complaint I have is...

“Had hot Bkfst...eggs, bacon, hash browns, or potatoes. Fresh fruit & the usual breads, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Rooms clean, shower water pressure strong. Enjoyed our stay”

“The staff was excellent, breakfast was better than most hotels, especially the protein selections and coffee maker. Convenient parking and access to local supermarkets. Our room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows with a helpful nightlight in the bathroom. The room itself was dated just a closet for clothes so we managed just living out of the suitcase. Nice shower very clean bathroom however, there were no hooks to hang your towels. Overall well run hotel.”

“Staff was friendly but housekeeping needs to be more careful, I found our door was left wide open when they entered to replenished our towels while we were out and we returned to our door open. Front desk can have better communication we had to wait a while to get a room after checking and find out we were on the top floors and the elevator was out of service for the first couple of days we were there until the last day it was worked on after being told it would work by the end of our first...

“Room was mostly clean, kitchenette was okay but towels had stains on them. Corridors smelled of smoke, even my non-smoking room had the smell, even with AC running. AC wasn’t cooling the entire room, just a couple of feet around it was cool”

“The Hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, clean and simple…but what we didn’t like was the breakfast. No choice, for 4 days the pancake machine wasn’t usable for unknown reason.. This aspect must be improved. The pool need to be cleaned more ..”
