“Everything was nice and clean”

“I only stayed at the hotel for one night for an event being held there. Upon check-in, I requested a water bottle and was told I needed to be a Hilton Honors member to receive one (even though I am a Hilton Honors member), so that was the first slight. Once I got to the room, the TV stand had a film of dust covering it. If I had a white glove and ran my finger over it, the glove would have been covered. The room had a faint odor, which made me wonder if it had once been a smoking room. And then,...

“Great location to Metro station and Wegmans. Clean. Great hot breakfast. Nice gym. ”

“The shuttle was not available, waited an hour, called the hotel several times, but no one answered. The only solution was to take a taxi. Upon arrival they had confirmed the possibility of the room until 6pm, with a supplement, but today they told that it was no longer possible.”

“We checked in on a Thursday night and didn't feel welcomed at all. Our room was missing a luggage rack in the closet and after numerous request finally got one dirty wooden rack. The room smelled of dogs and was very old and worn down. Cleaning staff was amazing and afternoon young staff was helpful and made us feel welcomed. I definitely wouldn't recommend for those who don't have pets. If you're a solo traveler just looking for a place to sleep, it might be a good place to stay a couple...
