After paying $12 for 2 crappy cups of Starbucks coffee, we went up to front desk and had them double-check. Oh yeah, you did prepay for breakfast-here’s your vouchers. But, we were told we would not be reimbursed for the coffee. We had prepaid for the room. But, GEE surprise, surprise they billed us twice. We have had to dispute the charge and it’s currently being investigated by...

“Room was ok /staff was poor/breakfast was never enough the lady incharge didn't pay attention to feeling the empty food for everyone one. People had to keep waiting and asking for food. Kids running around at night in the hallway knocking on people's door's. My thought Hampton didn't care about anything or anyone. ”
