“Highly recommend this property! GREAT location. Hosts were overly communicative and very accessible throughout the entire process. We had a couple unfortunate circumstances pop up (our oldest got sick) and Collin/ Laurie handled the situation SO well (we also were very communicative on the front end so that helped!) “Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. “The place was great. 10 minute walk to Metro, Chewish deli next door is a great, easy breakfast. Parking wasn't difficult (if you can parallel park), even with 5-6 spaces closed due to construction. I would bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in. A lot of windows high up that don't have blinds/curtains, and it can get bright in the morning. ”

“The picture was photoshopped as the rugs were old and dirty as were the chairs! No fixture in bathroom just a bulb which you cant see in the pics!!! Worst part RATS running in the courtyard where the front of the house is!!! Dumpsters overflowing with garbage!!! Afraid to enter the apt. Owner replied back to my text immediately but nothing was done to rectify the issue!!!! Alexandria very pretty and great restaurants but watch where you stay as they have a rodent problem”
