“This historic hotel was a great place for my sister and me to spend a night before visiting Hungry Mother State Park, where our parents used to take us back in the 60s. Staff helped with suggestions of where to eat (Macado's!). We wish there had been an easier way to get our luggage to the elevator - steps are required either from the front or side entrance, but realize that's likely due to the historic limits of the building. We would definitely stay again.”

“First of all the picture of the facility is NOTHING like the check-in area or any other place in the building. I was disappointed with the accommodations...they were marginally adequate. The desk staff was helpful and courteous which was a big plus.”

“This was a sirprise gem. It's in quite a busy area, with a number of stores and restaurants close by, and near 81, but going up to the motel is like going into another world. It's a lovely pastoral scene with a view of the distant mountains, and so quiet! In the next room was an occasionally screaming toddler but I wouldn't have known if his mother hadn't told me. I couldn't hear a thing. The room itself was basic but comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.”

“The cabin was adorable!! It was pet friendly, clean, and just whatt we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had and very kind and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place. And the history behind these cabins was so cool ”

“ Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches.”
