“Loved this B&B. So homey and comfrotable. The owners went over and above to make sure we were comfrotable driving in, parking and having access since we had an very late arrival. A very large yummy breakfast was served each morning and we got to choose the time. Homemade pound cake and cookies are served each afternoon and a stocked mini fridge with soft drinks and waters are also included. They have a great front porch swing, coy pond and firepit. This is a quiet getaway and a great place...

“This was one of the best bed and breakfast spots that we've every stayed in. The property, inside and out, was immaculately maintained, the rooms were spacious, the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating...and the breakfasts were amazing! We also loved how quiet and peaceful the area is. The home sits across from Emory and Henry's campus (that we had never heard of before our stay) that is historic, well maintained, and served as a great place for afternoon walks. “After a long day on the road this hotel was a welcome relief. A very nice young woman checked us in and even gave us alternate directions for when we left which we did take and are very glad we did. Our room was clean and quiet. We appreciate the room darkening shade and coffee pot. We used both! Water pressure in the shower is great but the tub floor is a bit slippery..be careful.”

“Hardee's is across the street, bed is comfortable (my husband has back and neck issues), owners are friendly and accommodate our needs weekly and the room is always clean and ready for us. We stay two nights a week regularly due to my husband's work location. It's my understanding this motel used to have issues, but I've seen none in the two months we've stayed there. We will continue to stay here when in this area for work.”

“Billy was quick and courteous getting me checked in and informed of where my room and everything else was. The only downside is I was on the first floor and people where in and out of their cars all night waking me up several times. There’s nothing the staff can really do about that though. I would suggest ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper like me. ”

“Overall excellent small hotel. Staff was very helpful when I didn’t receive my access code for my room. Not their fault but my phones, but everyone made sure I got the hat I needed. Room was lovely although we were only there long enough to sleep. I had never stayed at a in-manned hotel like this but they made the process seamless. ”

“Great, quality lodging compared to the other choices for the same price. The breakfast was fantastic! Pre-made pancakes, cheese omelette's, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal. I saw people complain about the $7 parking fee in previous posts. Not sure if we will get charged or not. If so, it's not a big deal to us. We travel a lot and feel that the price paid was fair for the quality.”
