“The main reason I got the room at that hotel was for the hot tub in the room and it didn’t even work also the remote to the tv didn’t work so I couldn’t even watch tv. Floor was kinda dirty had to wear my slides the entire time. And I was in and out of the room for the main part after I checked in so when I got back with my fiancé and found out the tub didn’t work we were so tired we didn’t feel like having to move and deal with all of that bs so I told the lady when I checked out but no one...

“When I entered room #517, there was a strong urine smell around the carpet and a tobacco smell both inside and outside the room. It was very late and I was extremely tired, so I stayed in the room because I had no other choice. Also, there was dog poop near the other door outside, and it had not been cleaned up.”

“Room was clean, however, the garbage can in the main room was not emptied out from the previous tenant. EWWWW! Needs a bit of updating - walls looking tired and the carpet was not especially clean. The staff was super nice and everything else was just fine.”

“There really is no 'breakfast" just cold cereal. tea, coffee milk, bottled fake OJ. We traveled with yogurt. When the advertisement say breakfast, one expects a breakfast as all others. This Hotel, is very quiet, not full at all but we liked it and returned to it on our way home. It is near the highway with many local eating establishments very near. Very cute local town with a great restaurant, desk staff directed us there.”

“My room was impeccably clean! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub so I can’t speak to that, but the breakfast was lovely! Nice offerings like Quaker oatmeal and decent bagels with flavored cream cheese options, quality yogurt—a refreshing surprise. Oh, and I loved having my name on the TV screen when I walked into my room, weary from travel (and a prior terrible stay at quality Inn for the same price)”
